Sales Quotation Inquiry

Purpose

To inquire/edit/approve sales Quotations

Procedure

  • Enter the Quotation# in the # section to find the relevant Quotation, precisely
  • Set the Date range to filter Quotations by their dates
  • Select the Item by either it's Item code or Item Description to view Quotations of the relevant item
  • Select the Customer from the drop-down list to view Quotations of the relevant customer
  • Click on the Search button to apply filters
  • Click on the Edit button against the Quotation to edit
    • Select a Package from the drop-down list to add (if asked)
    • Select a Discount Deal from the drop-down list to add (if asked)
    • Click on the Edit button against the Item/Service to edit
    • Select the Floor from the drop-down list
    • Select the Department from the drop-down list
    • Select the Artist from the drop-down list
    • Enter the Tax excluded Price of the Item/Service
    • Enter the Discount% of the Item/Service
    • Click on the Green Approve button to confirm changes
    • Click on the Add new button to add new Item/Service (if needed)
    • Click on the Commit Quotation Changes button to confirm changes
  • Click on the Sales Order button to confirm Quotation into Order
    • Select a Package from the drop-down list to add a Package (if asked)
    • Select a Discount Deal from the drop-down list to add a Deal (if asked)
    • Mark the Is Booking? chechbox to place an Advance booking Order
    • Click on the Edit button against the Item/Service to edit
    • Select the Floor from the drop-down list
    • Select the Department from the drop-down list
    • Select the Artist from the drop-down list
    • Enter the Tax excluded Price of the Item/Service
    • Enter the Discount% of the Item/Service
    • Click on the Green Approve button to confirm changes
    • Click on the Add new button to add new Item/Service (if needed)
    • Click on the Place Order button to Place Sales Order against the quotation

Tips and Tricks

How does booking work?

For instance, if a customer wants to take an appointment for future to avoid waiting in the queue, then you can place the order as a Booking by marking the Is Booking? checkbox, it allows you to edit the delivery date and time.
